1. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

The product was purchased directly from Nature Anywhere through our website.

The product is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products customized or made to your specifications.

Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Products that have deteriorated or expired due to their nature.

Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Nature Anywhere reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at customer-care@nature-anywhere.com to initiate a return. Provide the following details:

Your name and order number

The reason for the return

Photos of the product, if applicable

Return Instructions: Our customer care team will provide instructions for returning the product. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the product arrives safely.

Return Address: The return address will be provided in the return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at customer-care@nature-anywhere.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Gift Returns

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:

You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
